Refund policy

 

Merchandise: Monks Jazz Club offers free returns within 14 days of purchase (customer is responsible for return shipping) for our merch collection.

In-House Ticket Cancellation Policy: Monks Jazz Club will honor refund requests made 48 hours or more in advance, minus processing fees (please request via booking@monksjazz.com). We are unable to offer refunds for requests made less than 48 hours before the show.

Live-Stream Tickets: Our live-stream tickets are final sale.
