This Sunday, June 9th, join as us as the New School Austin Jazz Club, under the director of Joe Morales, performs their latest repertoire. The New School of Music Faculty Band will follow with a performance of their own, featuring Don Braden & Joe Morales.

The New School of Austin Jazz Club meet once per week for 90 minutes, and are jazz ensemble classes led by our exceptional Texas Jazz & Blues Camp jazz performers and educators, including Joe Morales (founder of Austin Jazz Club), Andre Hayward, Rachel Spencer, Chris Alcaraz, Mark Epstein, Dave Lee, and Chris Young. 

The New School of Music, Austin is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community music school founded in 2013. Open year-round to students of all ages, the school has exceptional teachers, & teach all styles of music. The school provides scholarships underserved children (pre-K through 12th grade), accounting for 50% of their total enrollment. Their mission is to serve the community by sharing the gift of music, through connecting world-class professional musicians with students of all ages, in a lifelong study and enjoyment of music – while teaching valuable life lessons.

Please Note: This is a live-taping, so we'll be enforcing a whisper-policy! Cold bottles of still and sparkling water will be available for purchase, but this event is BYOB. Ice will be available if needed, wine keys and 9oz cups provided! 22 free parking spaces onsite are first-come-first-serve. Doors at 12:45pm, Show at 1pm.
